day 1 PArt 2: Evaluate the failure
1. Examine the timeline of events
Build the event timeline with programs, objectives, and milestones.
2. Containerize key players
Identify influences v authorities v roles v responsibilities (IARR) of identified players.
Each player must have clearly defined IARR. - CEO
3. Intro 7 Gates
Rip apart the logo failure through the lens of the 7 Gates.
4. Reconstruct
Re-construct the process using proper IARR and 7G.

day 2 Part 1: polarity
1. Visualization
